József Horváth
CEO, Co-Founder
As an engineer, I have always aimed to find innovative solutions to the problems around me. This has also been my guiding principle during the development of the B120 LifeTresor app over the past two years. My goal was not just to create another digital technology, but to provide a solution that addresses real, often unrecognized needs, and which delivers real value to our users.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is B120 LifeTresor a legal service?
The information provided on the B120 LifeTresor website does not constitute legal or other business advice. The information provided here is not exhaustive and does not replace consultation with appropriate professionals. Our goal is to ensure that all information related to each asset reaches the beneficiaries of the estate; that nothing is omitted from the inventory during the probate process; and that the heirs can access the property to which they are entitled.
Is the information I store in my B120 LifeTresor application legally binding, and does it have any legal implications or significance?
The primary purpose of the B120 LifeTresor service is to ensure that beneficiaries designated by users are informed about their assets in the event of an unforeseen incident involving the user. The asset list allows heirs to be aware of the user’s assets, identify and locate them, minimising the chance of lost assets. The claim of ownership of assets is not done through the B120 LifeTresor service.
Is this a will?
No, it’s not a will, but a list of assets that can be inherited, which makes the inheritance process much easier.
In which countries does B120 LifeTresor available?
B120 LifeTresor is a global service that can be accessed from any country. Given that many people don’t live in the country where they were born, and often have physical assets in a third country and digital assets spread across the globe, this new way of life demands a global solution. Recognising this need, we created the worldwide B120 LifeTresor service.
On my death, what happens if my heirs do not know what assets I have?
In the probate process, countless assets are forgotten. Life insurance, bank accounts, physical valuables, collections and works of art. Notaries will contact the major domestic banks and insurers on request, but this is no guarantee that all assets will be included in the estate.
Will or B120 LifeTresor: Which is better?
The traditional will has the advantage of serving as the basis for probate proceedings when it meets the appropriate formal requirements and is deposited. The disadvantage is that its creation, deposit, modification, and keeping it up-to-date (even if only updated annually) involves significant costs. The advantage of B120 LifeTresor is that the list of your assets and changes to it can be updated on an ongoing basis. If you share the asset list with at least one trusted person, this list can serve as just as good a starting point in probate proceedings as a will. Another advantage is that it is significantly cheaper than a will. The disadvantage is that it does not allow for deviation from the statutory order of inheritance.
I have a will already. Why do I need B120 LifeTresor?
A common issue with wills is that they become outdated over time. This is because assets are ‘dynamic’: consider your assets now compared to 15 years ago. The two lists are very different, aren’t they? Our assets are constantly changing, which is why an old will can be an unpleasant surprise for heirs: the assets listed in it may no longer exist, while new assets are not included. B120 LifeTresor can complement your existing estate plan, allowing you to easily check your asset list and designate beneficiaries.
Is the data stored confidentially?
Being a Hungarian (and thus, European Union) company, B120 LifeTresor places the utmost importance on protecting your data with the highest levels of security and confidentiality. Your data finds a secure home in a German data vault. We are fully compliant with all EU data protection laws, including the rigorous General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring your peace of mind.
